I am currently pursuing Bachelor\'s degree in Microbiology, deeply fascinated by the intricate world of molecular biology, genetics, biochemistry, biotechnology, immunology, and bioinformatics. My journey in microbiology has been a thrilling exploration of the unseen world of microorganisms, where every discovery opens new avenues of understanding.In my academic pursuits, I have honed my skills in various laboratory techniques, including Plasmid DNA Isolation, Genomic DNA Isolation, Gel Electrophoresis, and Estimation of DNA and RNA using the Diphenylamine and Orcinol methods, purity determination, Most Probable Number (MPN) tests, Isolation of Fungi from soil, rhizosphere, and air samples,Replica Plate Preparation etc.My passion for understanding the molecular mechanisms of life extends to protein chemistry, where I am fascinated by the complexities of protein structure and function. I have also gained some knowledge next-generation sequencing and bioinformatics tools such as BLAST, PDB, PyMol, Avogadro, and Mega X, enhancing my understanding of biological data analysis.For me, an experiment is not merely successful when it yields the desired results but also when it fails, as it provides invaluable insights into the experimental process. I believe that analyzing failed experiments can often reveal more about the underlying mechanisms and lead to breakthrough discoveries.I am enthusiastic about leveraging my skills and knowledge to contribute to the field of microbiology and beyond.
