I will be working on ISRO\'s first space mission to study the Sun, which will answer the still mind-boggling questions about our Sun, like the Coronal heating (Visible and Near-infrared rays), chromosphere (Ultra Violet), Sun’s photosphere (soft and hard X-ray), Solar winds & flares, solar emissions, and Coronal Mass Ejections (CMEs). It will also carry out round-the-clock imaging of the Sun. ISRO has given this space observatory the name of \"Aditya-L1\", where Aditya means \"Sun\", and L1 means that this space observatory will be sent to the 1st Lagrange point (L1) of the Earth-Sun system.
