BOLD - Black Organization for Leadership and Development - is a professional staff affinity group dedicated to supporting, connecting, and empowering Black professional staff at Goodwin firmwide. Our Mission The group\'s mission is to be a collective voice that promotes the gathering, recruitment, retention, and career mobility of Black professionals at Goodwin by supporting cultural awareness, professional development, collegial support, and greater visibility for diversity within the firm. BOLD works to create an inclusive environment where members from any background can benefit from and share a passion for Black interests. Our Focus The BOLD leadership team is focused on creating an inclusive environment through educational programming, networking opportunities, community and cultural events, virtual and social gatherings, and colleague training across a broad range of topics. BOLD also provides access and exposure through professional development and growth opportunities and advises Goodwin on its diversity strategy and objectives.
