Over the past two decades, I\'ve had the privilege of contributing legal and commercial expertise to various business divisions of Deutsche Telekom AG, a leading company in the telecommunications industry and a frontrunner in mobilising business, people, machines, and processes. In my role as a senior legal counsel, I\'ve overseen international high-profile transactions and supported strategic initiatives globally, particularly focusing on B2B units across key business functions. Through this experience, I\'ve developed a deep understanding of products, markets, and internal procedures within the telecommunications, IT, and satellite services sectors. In my current executive management position, I lead a team of high-profile lawyers providing legal support to B2B business units. I have guided my team through challenging transition processes, as well as through the process of agile transformation. My goal is to provide legal guidance in an evolving market, fueled by a passion for digital transformation and business integration. My expertise- legal expertise in various areas of corporate legal matters -extensive knowledge of mobile telecommunications products and business, including mobile connectivity, Machine-to-Machine (M2M), IoT, roaming, Wi-Fi, Direct-to-Device satellite, mobile interconnection, wholesale services, and B2B and B2B2C business - leadership of legal support units - navigation of digitisation projects - steering legal teams in agile transformation processes - calibration of global legal standards and local adaptation
