About Prishanthy Wilson
In the dynamic world of product development engineering at Intel, I embrace a philosophy that reflects my commitment to both personal growth and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture. For over 18 years, I’ve navigated this landscape of innovation and collaboration, continually pushing boundaries to create impactful solutions across SoC products, clients, server, networking and communications product segments. A fundamental of my leadership approach revolves around the belief that we should all actively contribute to shaping the organizational culture around us. If there is a problem, I see it as a call to action to help the team overcome challenges and find harmony in our work. Like Intel, at the heart of my personal values is a commitment to fostering a more inclusive and responsible workplace, industry, and world. I’ve embraced opportunities to be a driving force behind diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the company and currently lead a forum focused on Intel RISE 2030 goals thru hiring, development, and retention of women. My journey at Intel has been marked by a series of deliberate steps outside of my comfort zone. The constant pursuit of growth leads me to take on roles and responsibilities that demand learning new skills and excelling in unfamiliar territories. I find immense satisfaction in the process of acquiring new knowledge and mastering roles that challenge me to continually evolve. My career has been shaped by a commitment to organizational & personal growth, a dedication to diversity and inclusion, and a passion for building and leading strong, self-driving teams. As I continue to navigate the ever-evolving landscape of test and product engineering, I am driven by a sense of purpose and a desire to leave a positive legacy — not just for myself, but for those who come after, creating a workplace that reflects the values of inclusivity, innovation, and excellence.
