ABOUT PRISHA SOOD
I am a mathematics and computer science student who is especially interested in statistical processes and their implementation in quantitative analysis and model development. This field particularly appeals to me since it enables me to use concepts and techniques from both areas of study, and undertake projects beyond the scope of either subject alone. I am keen to engage with any opportunity to develop technically, during which I aim to make a meaningful impact through my work, both independently and collaboratively. I have strong analytical and computational problem solving skills, as well as intermediate fluency in Python and Java; I am working to gain further experience developing in these languages, as well as in C, C++ and R. I am a good communicator and take initiative in a team to set and meet goals and deadlines. I enjoy the challenge of a dynamic and competitive environment, and I look forward to applying myself professionally alongside my studies.
