I am continually looking forward to plan for a better future.My psychology undergraduate degree and curious nature makes me highly intuitive towards people. I am perpetually studying people to try to understand them on a deeper personal level.My forward thinking and curiosity for understanding and motivating people makes me a strong fit for the field of Human Resources. In my previous work experiences, I have improved employee relations by creating surveys and using data to create the optimal talent management program for managers. My educational experience in psychology and graduate level business course work, coupled with my previous work experience in HR gives me a strong framework to support and maintain a workforce in any company.
