As a Senior Platform Engineer, I specialize in creating high-performance software engineering organizations that thrive on innovation, quality, and developer satisfaction. Currently at Taxfix, I lead transformative Developer Experience (DevEx) initiatives, building scalable platforms, redefining quality culture, and integrating GenAI to drive productivity. My approach blends technical rigor with strategic vision. I deliver solutions that reduce friction, empower teams, and provide actionable insights through metrics and dashboards. I’m passionate about enabling engineers to do their best work, by fostering accountability, creative flows (including AI tooling), and a relentless focus on quality. Key focus areas include- Building and scaling SDLC metrics (DORA, CI Performance, GenAI Adoption, GenAI ROI and performance) for data-driven decisions-🧪 Designing robust CI/CD pipelines and release infrastructure (GitHub Actions, SonarQube, Jest, Detox)- 🤖 Leading GenAI adoption, developing training programs, and standardizing AI-native tooling- Creating org-wide observability with Grafana dashboards for reliability and performance- Driving shift-left testing and onboarding programs to embed a quality-first mindset - 🤝 Facilitating org-wide workshops, mentoring 50+ engineers, and collaborating cross-functionally, aligning platform and business goals. My toolkit includes: Golang, JavaScript, GitHub/GitLab APIs, SonarQube, Grafana, Prometheus, and LLM-based AI tooling.
