I\'ve spent the past decade working to expand educational opportunities for students as a nonprofit leader, foundation executive and a strategy consultant. I love combining my business background with a focus on social impact, in large part because of my experience as a first-generation American whose life was changed by access to high-quality educational opportunities.I lead the PSAT and SAT division at the College Board which serves over 8 million students each year through the SAT, PSAT/NMSQT, PSAT10 and PSAT8/9 and connects students to scholarships, career and college. Prior to leading the PSAT/SAT division, I led the College Board\'s new $25 million scholarship program, the College Board Opportunity Scholarships, which launched on Good Morning America in 2018 and reached half a million students in the Class of 2020 in its first year. Prior to joining the College Board, I was an SVP at The Poses Family Foundation (\"PFF\"), a fast-growing and innovative NYC-based family foundation that gives away $35M+ annually in the areas of learning disabilities, education, mental health and ethics. Most of my focus was on building and launching PFF\'s flagship initiative, Understood.org, a Webby-winning digital resource for parents of the 1 in 5 kids in the U.S. with learning and attention issues that reaches over 2 million people each month. Prior to joining PFF, I was a strategy consultant at The Bridgespan Group where I advised foundations and philanthropists on their strategy, grant-making and operations. Before moving into the social sector, I worked in private equity at The Carlyle Group and in investment banking at Morgan Stanley.I have an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.Sc. in Finance and Marketing from the University of Virginia.
