HR Business Partner• Work with management to develop and implement HR plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives• Support in the facilitation of agency immersion, education/training and ongoing employee development/KPI• Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience• Provide ongoing support on human resources related matters, policies and procedures• Work with managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing all parties’ interests• Manage, process, and maintain all HR documents• Facilitate employee onboarding and off-boarding processes• Maintain awareness of state and federal regulatory and compliance developmentsOffice Management • Serve as the primary point of contact for questions regarding agency policies, process, procedures• Facilitate solutions to broad range of employee and contractor issues• Plan and execute companywide meetings and events• Supervise the maintenance and alterations of office equipment and space• Manage price negotiations & contracts with vendors and service providers • Support ongoing Talent Network initiative, helping to organize and produce recruiting events• Liaison with contract external talent acquisition and vendorsExecutive Support• Schedule and maintain heavy calendar in a fast paced environment; screen meeting requests, prioritize appropriately and manage conflicts• Screen new client and new business emails• Support travel logistics, both domestic and international• Track expenses and process monthly reconciliations• Manage and submit executive timesheets• Edit and finalize documents for meetings and presentations • Implement projects initiated by the Executive Team
