   Recruitment Process DutiesAttend, engage in, and present at all recruitment events, including Informational Sessions, Social Mixers, Coffee Chats, Interviews, and Deliberations.Participate in recruitment tabling and ensure the proper functioning of application and RSVP/Interest forms.Work with the Presidents and VP Operations to manage the interview process and create schedules.Collaborate with the VPs and Pres. to facilitate and ensure a fair interview, social round, and deliberation process when selecting and evaluating candidates.Semester DutiesHold monthly check-ins with the Presidents and take on additional tasks to support the club’s operations.Collaborate with the President to ensure smooth execution of bi-weekly club socials and the club retreat.Assist the President and VP Development with matching big/little pairs and planning the big/little reveal event.Work with the VPBA to track the budget and secure prior approval for event-related purchases.Lead and organize various events, including bi-weekly club socials, banquets, parties, day trips, and dinners.Plan and lead monthly board and executive socials.Regularly update the bi-weekly chumming process and create new chumming groups, including determining incentives or prizes.Work with the IVP to arrange at least one cross-collaborative social event with another student organization.
