About Priscilla McCowan

I have 30+ years of experience in Christian education, customer service, human resources (coaching managers and employees; disciplinary/performance related issue resolution; and training). I have also had over 22 years of experience as an adjunct college instructor at Kentucky State University, National College of Business and Midway College. As a recent graduate of the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, Louisville, KY, my passion is examining church related organizational development and strategic alignment, and furthering Christian education and discipleship in the local church. I truly enjoy working with and through people. I prefer to work in an organization or church with whom I share common values, and that allow direct, impactful interaction with people.
