I lead the Innovation Designers at Client Engineering in IBM, my daily mission is to inspire creativity, foster collaboration, and ensure design excellence throughout the company.Beyond leading the team, I remain actively involved in the design field, working hands-on to shape impactful solutions. I engage with managers and C-level executives to align design strategies with business objectives, define project roadmaps, and ensure a seamless integration of design into the innovation process. Additionally, I oversee team assignments, strategically placing designers in new projects to maximize their strengths and drive success.I work with Enterprise clients, leveraging deep industry knowledge to design impactful solutions for large-scale businesses. My experience with major clients allows me to understand complex challenges and drive innovation tailored to their needs- Adopt a human centred mindset for innovation on client engagements- Stakeholder management (internal, partners, clients)- Synthesize research outcomes and communicate via debrief- Communicating the Value of Design- Lead clients and colleagues through the innovation process- Begins to mentor early career teammates and supports with training and coaching designers.
