As a Regional Sales Trainer, I design and deliver strategic training programs to elevate the performance of sales teams across multiple territories within the home health sector. My role focuses on driving growth through education, mentorship, and process optimization.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new and existing sales representatives focused on home health services, referral development, and territory management.Train Account Executives on utilization of Trella as well as requalification of current call routing.Conduct regular field ride-alongs, shadowing, and performance evaulations to identify coaching opportunities and reinforce best practices.Partner with branch home health directors on financial target needs, payer mix, and staffing capabilities to build account executives coaching them to meet and exceed their goals.Collaborate with our AVP of Sales and AVP of Operations to analyze market trends, performance data, and KPIs to inform training priorities and strategies.Coordinate and lead onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring alignment with company culture, compliance standards, and sales objectives.Serve as a liaison between marketing, operations, and sales to ensure consistent messaging, tools, and resources across regional territory.Support ongoing professional development by supporting and cohosting workshops, webinars, and one-on-one coaching to foster a high-performance sales culture.
