With 19 years of banking experience as well as 16 years of management experience, I am a certified consultant, an expert trainer and facilitator training both banker and regional level leaders. As a former VP and Lead Business Growth Strategy Consultant at Wells Fargo, I collaborated with key stakeholders to execute on business priorities, enhancing regional performance, and supporting complex credit escalations. I specialized in business banking and the hiring, developing and training of employees at all levels. I deliver catered sales and behavioral coaching, and improving business initiative results through driving customer experience activities. I am passionate about collaborating with key community stakeholders to support business owners with educational resources. My passion is empowering business owners to have the tools and resources to be successful.
