For over 20 years, the Union has been an award-winning agency that unites digital, data, strategy and creativity to deliver positive and effective change. The agency supports and works with clients from the private to public sector (including the Scottish Government with process requirements). For each client, we always design with the WCAG 2.2. AA standards (minimum) in mind.Scottish government bodies: Scottish Forestry, Parent Club, Food Standards Scotland, Police Investigation & Review Commissioner, and Community Justice Scotland.Charities & private organisations: Royal Zoological Society of Scotland, Lost Shore, The Bank.Some of my tasks are: Increase the design maturity of the company and demonstrate the business value of UX Advocate sustainable digital design practices and guide clients to have a greener digital footprint Create digital products compliant with WCAG 2.2 AA or level Assist clients on a path towards web accessibility by providing them with the necessary tools Lead and/or support client workshops to understand their goals and present findings/ideas Conduct competitor, customer, market analysis, and UX audits Assist Researchers in user research and testing to understand service and business needs Prepare and present ideas and work to internal teams and key stakeholders Evaluate user requirements in collaboration with project managers, researchers and engineers Develop user personas and stories Create information architecture and content mapping Design process flows and storyboards to communicate design ideas to the team and clients Design low-fi to high-fi interactive wireframes for user testing Support the creation of Design System libraries Brief UI Designers and provide continuous feedback QA and communicate with Developers to ensure usability and accessibility requirements are met
