About Priscila Ramos de Sousa
I\'m a Brazilian creative and global citizen at heart, having lived in countries like Paraguay, Venezuela, Argentina, the United Kingdom, and the United States. For the past 7 years, I\'ve lived in the USA, where I’ve adopted the Starbucks name Percilla.I\'ve gathered great advertising experience over the past 13 years, working in Sao Paulo, Miami, and New York. Since 2013 I have taken home dozens of international awards, including Cannes Lions, D & AD, NY Festivals, Clios, Effies, Graphis, and more. In 2026 I was selected for the prestigious Cannes Lions See It Be It Cohort. Since 2020 I have judged exciting awards such as the Clios, One Show, Effies, NY Festivals, Webby Awards, AdStars, Anthem Awards, PHNX, and Lisbon Advertising Awards. I\'ve also worked as a teacher for Miami Ad School and mentored young creatives through The One Show portfolio review a few times.Being a Latina woman in the United States has its share of challenges, and I couldn\'t have established myself in this market without great colleagues\' support. Being an expat all my life, I make it a point to mentor those who are getting started, as well as to bring inclusion and diversity to all my projects.
