Support adults with learning disabilities in daily routines (morning, mealtime, and evening) to promote and foster their independence.• Assist with household maintenance, including shopping, cooking, cleaning, and laundry.• Prepare daily meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) and meals for special events.• Provide personal hygiene and intimate care support.• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, and mobility according to their personalized care plans.• Assist individuals with limited mobility using hoists and other transfer equipment, in accordance with health and safety guidelines.• Manage medication administration, including epilepsy treatments, stoma bag changes, and PEG tube feeding.• Monitor residents\' health, noting any behavioral or physical changes and reporting as necessary.• Accompany residents to medical and dental appointments.• Encourage social engagement, organizing outings, and supporting holiday activities.• Facilitate individuals to meet their leisure, social, practical, and spiritual needs.• Record keeping, report writing, and managing house or individual’s finances in accordance with the Support Plan.
