Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to gather and refine detailed requirements, workflows, enhancing delivery accuracy and alignment with business objectives- Create and maintain high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications to ensure clarity for design, development, and QA teams, reducing rework and miscommunication- Own and manage the product roadmap, translating strategic initiatives into actionable backlog items and coordinating with senior leadership to track progress, timelines, risks, and blockers- Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large-scale projects (up to £500K) across diverse sectors, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely execution through agile methodologies- Conduct workshops and sprint planning sessions with business and technical stakeholders, improving requirement clarity and reducing scope changes through strong facilitation and communication- Create and present wireframes, mockups, and process diagrams to visualize product functionality and gain stakeholder buy-in across internal and external teams- Act as the key point of contact between design, development, and QA teams, providing ongoing support, clarifying requirements, and ensuring seamless execution throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC)- Manage a prioritised and organised product backlog in tools like Jira and Azure DevOps, actively participating in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, UAT, and release readiness activities- Ensure optimal user experience (UX) and business value delivery, contributing to increased engagement, product adoption, and client ROI across multiple platforms.
