Lead and manage the development of systems engineering and integration strategies and plans. Manage and provide guidance to the system integration and system integration test activities. Assure systems integration and interface management success in line with standards to meet project and program commitments.Responsible for the planning, design, execution, and reporting of systems engineering, Interface management and integration activities. Guides engineers in adopting a transdisciplinary and integrative approach, emphasizing holistic system delivery that addresses technical (functional, operational, logical, physical, geographical) interfaces, as well as schedule and organizational connections to maintain system integrity. Ensures the delivery of a cohesive solution from concept through design, construction, testing, and operation by evaluating change impacts and facilitating necessary adjustments to the designed solution in compliance with standards to meet project or program objectives.Key accountabilities• Ensure tailored Systems Engineering and Systems integration management plans are established for all technical projects with planned integration of subsystems• Lead and provide Subject Matter Expert advice across the full range of Systems Engineering and Systems Integration activities and project planning• Provide leadership including direction, motivation, and coaching to engineers across Systems Engineering and Systems Integration functions so as to facilitate achievement of the overall business unit’s objectives.• Provide engineering guidance and perform aspects of interface management, including the planning, identification, analysis, and control of system interfaces for Operational Technology projects and their stakeholders.• Facilitate the identification of interdisciplinary dependencies and the definition of system boundaries, ensuring that both emergent properties and interoperability are accounted for during system integration.
