About Princy Lukose

A strong believer in being effective over being efficient, I always strive to achieve perfection even in the smallest responsibilities taken. My quest for perfection comes at the cost of my leisure time, but it helps to bring out a new improved version of mine every time. I try to take up new challenges put forward to me so that I can learn, unlearn and relearn. The 5 years spent during my M.Tech and UPSC-CSE (civil services) coaching evolved me into a better person. It opened to me a new world of thinking, developed my employability skills and changed my perception of the world and its issues. In 2020 amidst the pandemic, I came across a bunch of youngsters committed to bridging the gap between employment and employability, exploring experiential learning, and also finding answers for the what\'s and how to\'s of daily life - Team Evolvers. As a person interested in learning and someone curious to find out answers for the things unknown, I was instantly attracted to the Evolvers\' ideology. My first foray as a professional is with the team Evolvers. I have assumed different roles in the short span of 2 years. Currently, I work as a Strategist - Learning at The Evolvers Project. Here I leverage my skills in learning, research, and development in handling services related to LinkedIn, Resume, Experiential Learning, Employability Skill Development. The two years with the Evolvers have developed my confidence and thus communication. Now I am actively involved in taking various online/offline sessions, mentoring, interviews etc. One of the biggest passions in my life is music. In tough times, it is music that keeps me going. As a musically illiterate - amateur musician I have done a few projects including vocals (lead and chorus) and composing for private entities. I love to learn and explore things by myself rather than being taught and for this, Google is my go-to place! And now LinkedIn has also become a new space to explore the professional world.
