As an HR Support Apprentice at the BBC, I am gaining hands-on experience across various areas of Human Resources through a structured rotational programme. This includes exposure to key HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, learning and development, and HR operations. The role is designed to build a strong foundation in HR by providing practical experience, supporting day-to-day HR activities, and contributing to projects that impact teams across the organisation.
