Support the integration of CareFirst\'s Specialty product lines—including Dental, Vision, Stop Loss, Wellbeing, and Pharmacy—into a unified Wellbeing strategy to enhance market positioning, and analyze clinical data related to high-cost claimants and utilization trends to identify cost drivers and inform strategic decision-making.• Collaborate with Clinical Advisors and Wellbeing Consultants to develop go-to-market strategies and operational improvements.• Contribute to client-facing presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and assist with day-to-day operational processes, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency.• Represent CareFirst at wellness events and client engagements to promote wellbeing initiatives and strengthen stakeholder relationships, and utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, PowerBI) for data synthesis, reporting, and communications.
