I am Prince Kumar Pandey, successfully completed an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Sirmaur. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science ( B.Sc ) from Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapeeth Varanasi. I am eagerly interested in understanding the different perspectives, challenges, and opportunities faced by the Tourism Industry.I have completed my Summer Internship as an Operations Intern at K12 Techno Services Private Limited in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. The role as an Operations Intern was multifaceted, involving significant responsibility and exposure to various operational aspects of the company. I was responsible for managing the data and all the operational metrics, which required a keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of data management processes. This role also entailed providing backend support to several key departments, including marketing, transportation, accounts, and human resources (HR). In the transportation department, I managed logistics and ensured that operational metrics were accurately tracked and reported, essential for maintaining efficiency and effectiveness in transportation management.I also helped the HR manager recruit new employees and manage all the attendance data of employees.Being part of K12 Techno Services was quite a good experience. There was a very collaborative environment, and my reporting manager and colleagues were very supportive and guided me at every stage of my internship.
