I have great pleasure in introducing myself and I have progressed in the field of Architecture and Project Management over the last 20years and presently working with German based EPC Company, M/s. M+ W GROUP (called Exyte in Germany), DES, Hyderabad as \"Design Manager\". Having strong leadership skills, multi-tasking and result-oriented with wide work experience and a strong passion for Design Management. M+ W GROUP is a leading Germany based EPC Company, a Co. specialist in designing of large scale Biotechnology Parks, Pharmaceuticals industries, Cleanroom design, FAB & Semiconductor Manufacturing Advanced Technology Facilities, FMCG, Automobile Manufacturing Industries, Tyre Manufacturing industries, Warehouses, Office Space, etc.This company is a leading international multi-disciplinary firm of Consulting Engineers, listed to be the top 10 best multi-disciplinary firms in the world. I have gained extensive experience in planning, designing and leading the projects in this co. for last 10years. I have been managing various forms and scale of Industrial projects like Life Science Projects, Biotechnology Parks, Pharmaceutical Facilities, Semiconductor Manufacturing Industries (FAB/ATF), FMCG, Automobile Manufacturing Industries, Automobile Manufacturing industries, Warehouses, Office Spaces, Commercial, Residential & Master Planning. I have also managed global teams across Exyte, proficient with construction methodologies & systems in compliance with quality standards. Besides, in-depth expertise in collaborating with consultants & contractors, manage & strategize on-time & flawless delivery of project.Currently, my responsibility involves Design Management, Multi-disciplinary Coordination with Exyte team, Project Scheduling & Estimation, Budget control and Risk assessment, by way of oversight on quality of design deliverables and on-time delivery, in order to achieve objectives of the Co. Manage projects in terms of design, technical aspects and have a close monitoring over the project status & quality process within the Project schedule and budget, meeting project specific & Host/Exyte requirements, during all phases of Project. Registered with council of Architecture (COA), with a University 2nd rank in B.Arch and M.B.A in Marketing and Finance; looking forward to work with a reputed organization in the Senior Management position, which will provide me a good platform to utilize my experience and Management skills to achieve the targets that meet the demands of the organization.
