Controlling access permissions and privileges using ICAPS Mobiweb completions tool.• Provide user-based trainings to concern personnel assigning accesses based on nature of job.• Work closely with multi-discipline departments ensuring inspection check list, test sheet, functionalitytest sheet and punch items are processed in a timely manner.• Prepare and modify OPERCOM forms upon discipline lead request approved by Company.• Prepare, populate and coordinate the Precommissioning / Commissioning completion database with engineering deliverables and data provided by discipline engineer• Monitor the database and distribute the list of subsystems ready for RFC or AOC• Ensure the completion dossiers are properly filed and up to speed with all signed check sheets, punch clearance and required certificates.• Interface with engineering and document control teams to ensure engineering deliverables are updated in accordance with the latest revision• Weekly progress reporting based on System / Subsystem status.
