I am a Business Analyst–oriented professional with an MBA from IIM Bodh Gaya, currently working at ICICI Bank in Business Banking. My core focus is on analyzing business and financial data, defining KPIs, preparing structured insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making across banking and product initiatives.In my current role, I analyze client financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, working capital cycles), perform ratio-based risk assessment, and prepare analytical reports for senior stakeholders to support lending and credit decisions. I work closely with credit, risk, and operations teams for requirement gathering, workflow optimization, and turnaround time (TAT) improvement.Previously, as a Product Management Intern at ICICI Bank, I worked in a data and analysis-heavy role, evaluating D2C campaign performance, conducting competitor benchmarking, defining KPIs, and creating structured campaign briefs and calendars for loan products.
