Being at Nando’s is a fun and exciting experience, as everyday there’s a new task, challenges, opportunities and adventures. Being versatile in different areas/roles in the workplace whether it’s being in back of house or front of house. Being a part of a strong family, that takes pride in their roles keeps me motivated everyday at work. Also getting the chance to interact with customers is a great privilege for me as I learn new things about myself, the world, and it helps me better my communication skills and helps me become a better person too. There’s never been a bad day at work and I really appreciate it all.
