Voice and Choice for Every Woman | Building Young Women as Leaders of Change\" i-Saksham is a grassroots nonprofit transforming leadership opportunities for young women from the most marginalized communities, esp. In Bihar. Founded in 2015, we nurture confident, capable, and purpose-driven women leaders (\'Edu-Leaders\') through a 2-year experiential fellowship grounded in education, gender equity, and community leadership. What We Do: Through the \"Edu-Leader Fellowship\", we support young rural women to:>\"Claim their voice\" by developing confidence, agency, and life skills.>\"Create change\" in families and communities by counselling and showcasing successes.>\"Lead transformation\" by promoting educational inclusion and civic participation >\"Emerge as role models\" by pursuing aspirations of their choice.
