MBA with 9+ years of work experience primarily into sales & training.I have had many achievements, including-1. Working as a Cluster Training Manager for PNB Bank Bancassurance vertical for PNB Metlife.Joined as a Senior Training Manager & took Promotion (with effective from 1st April\'25).1. Worked as a Deputy Training Manager for the Bancassurance vertical of Max Life Insurance, for MP region for Yes Bank relationship for their entire verticals.2. Worked as the Manager Learning & Development for Max Skill First (training company of Max Financial Services, and responsible to train Max Life Insurance people) and gave 100% pass percentage in IC38 examination, over achieved MTD activisation target and helped business numbers grow by the overall development of both on roll & off roll employees.3. Worked as a City Marketing Head cum Admission Counselor for CatalyseR Eduventures Pvt. Ltd and header their online venture NTSEGuru.in, their residential programme IIT-Gurukulam, their classroom programmes.4. Worked as a Business Development Manager State Head for Circumference Global Innovations Pvt. Ltd. and helped the start up to grow.5. In my lead Aeglemeditech LLP which deals into Hospital Management Softwares got a business of around 24 Lakh rupees in just 3 months between April 2016 to June 2016 by acquiring near about 10 clients.6. In my internship period of two months in a start-up named Digital Democracy, I brought a business worth of 5 Lakh rupees between May 2017 to July 2017 by acquiring prominent clients like bringing Kangaroo Kids Pre-School on board.7.
