Fixture basics checking as per standard process (fixture inspection/basics/G&R study) as required• Produce and present measurement reports/results for internal/external requirements based on set standard• Use hand-held measuring equipment for hole size, flanging measurement, etc.• Identify and record any problems relating to the product, process, and quality system.• Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels.• Verify the implementation of those solutions.• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.• Calibrate, repair, and maintain gauges and other inspection equipment and keep accurate records• Implemented 7 QC tools for problem-solving and process improvement.• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, GD & T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), charts, and tables to make changes on CAD.• Resolve work problems and suggest measures to improve productivity through the rework process.• Generate measurement reports and customer measurement packages and review them with Program managers and the Quality Execution team.• Update CATIA to review and validate fixture designs.
