I’m an experienced, detail-oriented, and process-driven HR professional with hands-on expertise across HR operations, onboarding, end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, and HR generalist activities. At Team Computers, I manage complete onboarding for 200+ joiners every month, single-handedly executing everything from profile activation in Darwinbox to background verification (BGV) through AuthBridge, SIM card dispatch, ID card coordination, UAN generation, Aboard mail communication, and document verification. I lead this process from Day 0 to Day 1 with a strong sense of accountability and urgency. I am highly skilled in using Darwinbox (HRMS) for activation, backend data updates, BU codes, cost center assignments, and new joiner tracking. I also utilize Excel extensively, applying VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data cleaning, and MIS dashboard creation for daily reporting, status tracking, and HR analytics.
