ABOUT EHORO

Dr. Ehoro is an accomplished business/project manager, researcher and facilitator with over 10 years of experience in administering and conducting qualitative/quantitative research in North America, Europe and Africa. He has done extensive research on issues faced by underrepresented work groups in the workplace. He has presented his findings at international conferences on issues affecting ethnic /visible minority based businesses. Prince has been involved in start-off businesses and managed teams of people and operations in the hospitality industry for over six years. Prince has been part of the Graybridge Malkam team since 2010; he has performed primary and secondary research, written HR reports and resource kits. He has also conducted needs assessments, and designed and developed training materials on a variety of inclusion-related subject matters. He has also managed several design and research projects from start to completion. He has also facilitated several managers and employee sessions for corporate, private and public clients. Prince has earned a PhD in Business Management from the University of Aston in England, an MBA in International Business from the University of Bedfordshire, England and a Bsc in Business Administration from Rivers State University of Science and Technology in Nigeria. Prince also has a Certificate in Adult Education from St. Francis Xavier University.
