Vernon ABS Pilot Operations and Bay of St. Louis SAN Pilot Operations\\\\n• Managed new equipment evaluation and development of process optimization plans for the ABS (HRG and PolyBD) and SAN processes in the pilot plants (lab and production scale)\\\\n• Responsible for ensuring the development and maintenance of appropriate standard operating procedures in accordance with site SHEMs\\\\n• Responsible for prioritizing and managing of all lab and pilot operation activities (Maintenance Turnaround activities, Project Management, EHSS compliance, Troubleshooting)\\\\n• Insures plant compliance with regard to operating within the site and government EHSS guidelines (MOC, PHA, LOPA, FMEA, RCRA)\\\\n• Collaborates with other plant managers within SABIC to share best practices\\\\n\\\\n
