Producing data that drives the planning and forecasting of all colleagues handling customer interactions. Covers up to 4,500 colleagues across Everyday Banking plus providing ‘sharedservices’ support to other business areas outside of Every Day Banking brought into the planning process.• Using advanced excel skills to take ownership of specific Planning data sets and sources; undertaking housekeeping and other data management processes to ensure all content is accurate and fit for purpose.• Managing a wide range of stakeholder relationships within the channel across the whole end to planning cycle(main relationships are S2-S5• Providing SME support to the business leaders of circa 30 business areas across Retail Bank contact centres• Ensuring all data is robust, reflecting headcount changes and re-allocation.• Providing regular reports on the overall skill split to be used in Operational Planning activity.
