My work spans the full cycle: from strategic planning to on-the-ground execution.With a background in consulting at Deloitte and experience working with institutions such as the European Space Agency (ESA) and the Saudi Space Agency, I bring a structured yet practical approach. I’ve advised on go-to-market strategies, funding frameworks, and commercialization paths, while also managing program delivery, stakeholder coordination, and reporting.This end-to-end perspective allows me to bridge between strategy and execution, helping teams move efficiently from planning to delivery.
