Proven ability to bring original thinking to complex problems and talent for engaging employees and clients.Throughout my career I have seized every opportunity to learn the business, appreciate the client experience, engage the employee, and develop my brand as a positive, team-focused, result driven leader. I have had the opportunity to hold various positions, with an emphasis in Customer Service and Shared Services. Each position has provided key learnings and skills that have allowed me to excel as proven by my awards and honors.Over the years, I have been both a leader and an individual contributor, leading and supporting large teams while executing on many projects and initiatives. I am very passionate about employees, diversity, and community, and had the honor of being the TD Bank Sponsored Employee for United Way of Toronto, helping the organization reach its goal of over 11 million dollars. As well as leading the employee engagement group where I was able to raise 800 lbs of non-perishable food for The Daily Bread Food Bank.
