I am a software engineering leader with over 12 years of experience managing and contributing to impactful engineering projects. I was recently a key IC at a small startup called Prelude that was acquired by Calendly where I transitioned into an Engineering Manager role leading a team of 10 engineers focused on AI tooling (including recording, transcription, analysis, and data sharing) while driving key engineering initiatives like monolith decomposition and developer experience improvements.I demonstrate strong project management skills and technical expertise in many stacks, with a recent focus on React, TypeScript, Python, and PostgreSQL within the AWS platform. I value collaboration with design and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions. I am experienced in guiding engineers, managing projects, and fostering innovation to address complex technical challenges effectively.
