ABOUT PREYA SINGH
I am a senior at Northeastern University, currently pursuing a combined degree in Business Administration and Political Science within the D’Amore-McKim School of Business. My academic journey includes specialized concentrations in both Finance and Public Policy, reflecting my interest in exploring the intersection between these two fields. My professional experience includes co-ops at MFS Investment Management and Amundi US. These experiences have developed my analytical and strategic thinking and have also given me a practical understanding of how financial principles intersect with broader policy considerations. Beyond the classroom, I am actively engaged in various clubs that amplify my exposure to finance, notably serving on the Executive Board as a Finance Associate for the Interdisciplinary Women’s Collaborative. In addition, as a first-generation student, I recognize and value the importance of mentorship. I have participated as a mentor in the Society of Entrepreneurship at Northeastern. Additionally, I have served as a Student Success Guide, offering support to first-year students navigating the university experience. As I approach the end of my undergraduate degree, I am eager to leverage the skills and knowledge I have acquired. I aspire to contribute meaningfully in future endeavors, embracing opportunities for continuous learning and growth.
