   As an Inside Rental Representative, I initiate contact with both prospective and existing customers through various channels by phone, email, and other resources. I utilize professional sales techniques and deliver exceptional customer service, presenting sales offerings to prospects and providing necessary support to Outside Rental Representatives. I use our internal CRM system to manage sales and customer communication to better achieve LGH sales objectives within my assigned region.
