I have over 15 years of experience driving impact at the intersection of sales, technology, and social good—whether leading teams, building startups, or helping nonprofits thrive. Some highlights:• Currently leading our sales team at Blackbaud Canada, the world’s top cloud software company for social good. As an AE, was proud to have been named Blackbaud’s International Sales Rookie of the Year (2019), Account Executive of the Year (2023), Summit Award Winner for #1 Quota Attainment @ Blackbaud (2023) and 6-time Blackbaud President\'s Club Award Winner. • Led HireUp, a social enterprise supporting companies in hiring individuals with lived experienced of homelessness while partnering with 100+ social service agencies. Led a merger with a larger non-profit, secured major grants, and presented at Harvard and national conferences. • At Enactus, managed social entrepreneurship programs with over 60+ universities that supported the development of more than 900 student-run businesses. Honoured to have testified both before Parliament on opportunities for growing social finance in Canada and presenting to OECD on strategies for fostering more youth entrepreneurship.
