I am a Commercial Real Estate Broker and CCIM candidate with over 20 years of diverse professional experience in sales, entrepreneurship, and client-focused service. Currently, I specialize in the sale and leasing of retail, industrial, office, and hospitality properties across Southern New Mexico. My approach combines in-depth market research, financial analysis, and creative deal structuring to help clients achieve their investment goals. I am actively pursuing the CCIM designation to deepen my expertise in advanced financial modeling, market analysis, and strategic investment planning.Prior to entering commercial real estate, I founded and built a scratch insurance agency, which I grew over 12 years into a thriving business known for its client-first approach. As principal agent, I developed tailored risk management and financial strategies for individuals and businesses, while building a loyal client base that led to a successful sale of the agency in October 2024. My entrepreneurial experience taught me how to create value through trust, problem-solving, and strategic growth.I began my career in the automotive industry, where I spent nearly seven years as a car salesman, finance manager, and sales manager. This experience sharpened my negotiation, leadership, and customer service skills, while teaching me how to excel in a competitive, results-driven environment. I also served as a career firefighter and Advanced EMT with the Las Cruces Fire Department for five years, gaining valuable experience in teamwork, decision-making under pressure, and community service.I hold a degree in Communication Studies from New Mexico State University (NMSU), where I was a four-year letter winner and scholarship athlete on the Aggie football team. My years as a college athlete instilled discipline, resilience, and a strong work ethic. After my playing days, I continued my involvement with the sport as a color analyst for NMSU football, providing radio commentary and game analysis for four seasons.My background reflects a consistent ability to adapt, lead, and build lasting relationships across industries. I am passionate about helping clients maximize the value of their investments through a combination of financial expertise, market insight, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
