Over the past decade, I’ve led teams of 5 to 110 across the U.S. Army, Amazon Web Services, Deloitte, and major agile software delivery programs—earning a reputation for clear communication, cross-functional execution, and servant leadership.With deep expertise in Agile (Scrum, SAFe), stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning, I specialize in bringing clarity and momentum to complex programs. I’ve managed multimillion-dollar cloud delivery projects, built scalable team systems, and guided software and cybersecurity teams to deliver high-impact outcomes.Outside the corporate world, I’m the founder and event director of the Purple Mountain Throwdown—Colorado Springs’ largest functional fitness competition and one of the top events of its kind in the state.
