As a Technical Specialist, I serve Graybar\'s customers in pre-sale and post-sale support for all industrial automation products that Graybar represents. I spend most of my time with our customers helping them develop automation and control solutions as well as keeping them up to date on changes in the industry. I help our customers with everything from selecting the right terminal block to designing full PLC panels and integrating them with existing DCS / Scada systems. One of the major parts of my position at Graybar is to help develop new business in the automation and control space. I do not only spend my time with existing customers, but I also spend time cultivating and developing new relationships with companies that aren\'t currently aware of all that Graybar can offer.
