Supervise and lead Senior EHS Manager, WHS Site Managers, Injury prevention Specialist, WHS Specialists, and On-site Medical Representatives (EMT’s). • Tactically engineered significant injury reduction efforts, directing teams and managing them to build a safe and healthy working environment. • Leverage lean principals to reduce conditional and ergonomic risk, instructing and training Operations Leaders in company workplace health and safety. • Measure the region and site performance against published requirements, providing accurate reporting and metrics to support WHS initiatives. • Review effectiveness of EHS tools, revising and partnering with corporate and other regional field personnel, providing open communication for status progress and resolutions when necessary. • Effectively deliver on-time and quality projects to cross-functional stakeholders. • Audit recordkeeping processes and global entries to obtain compliance with global Amazon standards and local regulations. • Identify best practices and incorporate within standards to ensure continuous improvement of policies.
