As a Senior Agility Leader at JPMorgan Chase in the CCB, I am responsible for leading the transformation of traditional project management to Agile methodologies. I have collaborated with cross-functional teams to drive Agile adoption, implement best practices, and facilitate Agile ceremonies. I facilitated and coached Agile teams to deliver high-quality products and services, while continuously improving team dynamics, communication, and collaboration. My role as a Senior Agility Leader required me to continuously assess and improve Agile maturity within the organization. I worked closely with leadership to identify and remove barriers to Agile adoption, and establish a culture of continuous improvement. Overall, my experience as a Senior Agility Leader has given me the skills and knowledge to drive Agile transformation and deliver value in fast-paced, complex environments.
