Whenever I am working a shift, I oversee cafe operations, including customer experience, food/drink preparation and serving, and team accountability upholding NYC Dept of Health and Mental Hygiene standards. I make sure the cafe crew - all food service professionals who identify as autistic or developmentally disabled - are focused, productive, and having fun.
