I\'m a Research Fellow with the Plymouth Institute for Free Enterprise at Advancing American Freedom, where I focus on tax and economic policy. Since coming to Washington, DC in 2021, I have had the opportunity to testify before Congress, provided legislative assistant to Members of Congress and their staffs, published extensively on policy issues, submitted regulatory comments, and spoken on panels and at conferences. I have worked on major collaborative budget and policy publications. My published op-eds have been published in outlets including The Hill, The Washington Times, National Review, The Daily Signal, Foundation for Economic Education, RealClearMarkets, RealClearPolicy, The Epoch Times, The Chicago Tribune, and The Washington Examiner. I\'ve also appeared on Fox Business, CNBC, Newsmax, and the Salem News Channel, as well as frequent appearances on national and regional radio shows.I have also worked in tax research and fiscal modeling at the state level and as a transfer pricing manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers. I advised and assisted clients from a broad range of industries on transfer pricing compliance, consulting, and dispute resolution issues.I hold a Ph.D. and M.S. in economics from the University of Kentucky and a B.S. in economics from the University of Washington.
