The M.Sc. Applied Economics batch of 2024–2026 at Presidency University, Kolkata, comprises 25 academically distinguished students with strong foundations in Economics from leading undergraduate institutions. At Presidency, the course structure is designed to encourage practical application of concepts, which has fostered an intuitive and motivated attitude towards learning among the students.They are focused, dedicated, and diligent. Our students have added significant value to the organizations they have worked with. Most of them have interned at esteemed organizations such as State Bank Of India, Indian Statistical Institute, Alfido Tech, and Global IC, across domains including Analytics, Research, Management, and Marketing.They have also contributed to various academic and non-academic projects during their educational journey. These opportunities have enabled them to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world problems and sharpen both their technical and interpersonal skills. Our students are driven to deliver impactful results and are equipped with the skills and mindset to excel as future industry leaders.
