About Presha S Shahh
Product and digital transformation have been my home turf for the last 12+ years. I am Presha, and I work at the intersection of strategy, delivery, and data/AI.I have led work across auto, healthcare, insurance, public sector, and oil & gas, usually stepping in when organisations want to move from PowerPoint vision to working products, platforms, and AI/ML use cases that actually ship and get used-What I work on1. Designing and delivering digital products that solve real user problems, not just meet a feature list2. Building and scaling data & AI platforms that multiple teams can build on3. Identifying, shaping, and operationalising AI/ML use cases so they move beyond “pilot”4. Coaching teams on how to work in a more product-led, outcome-focused way-How I like to work1. Start with users and numbers: interviews, journeys, data, and a clear definition of “success”2. Bring product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders around a shared roadmap3. Launch fast, learn fast, and iterate without losing sight of the long-term architecture4. Put simple structures in place so teams can scale what works and gracefully kill what doesn’t-Strengths others tend to rely on1. Seeing the whole lifecycle from discovery to launch to scale and spotting where it’s breaking2. Translating between executive vision, product strategy, and day-to-day delivery choices3.
